I give this place a low rating the person that waited on me sold me the wrong parts after I went there twice so I won't go back to that location anymore I'm very glad they opened an O'Reillys in Windsor and the other in suffolk not going back to the franklin location

Sometimes you leave with what you need, other times you gotta make sure the people behind the counter are giving you the right part. I've had issues before where the employee was trying to tell me the part I was looking for was never made...while I held the old part in my hand
