Would not recommend using them. They just finished my kitchen about a month ago and it was a horrible experience. They had to make my wine cabinet over 3 times because the quality was garbage and the communication is horrible. Tom will just have a crew show up at your house without telling you ahead of time. They are definitely not the Lafata of old, I thought by passing more for custom cabinets the name that the quality would be great and the work would be professional but was I really wrong. I still have a bathroom that needs to get completely remodeled and I will not be using them again. The only bright spot of the experience was Brian who is the designer there and he did a great job but after that it was a horrible experience.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. There is a film on my new black island and after cleaning with a damp cloth, it keeps resurfacing. I have made numerous calls and emails over a period of 3+ weeks to ask what I can safely use to clean this, and I cannot get an answer to my question.
