Positive: The staff were great. Cleanliness is not bad at al. Negative: Commuter trains outside the window. Other residents are loud a ton of kids. Breakfast was limited on selection but clean and hot.

I had an AWFUL allergic reaction here to what I think is mold. Obviously this is just a guess, but one that I'm almost certain about. We left the hotel early and stayed in a different one after I went to urgent care to be treated. On top of that, the hallway and room had a musty, urine, and cigarette like smell that the hotel was clearly trying to cover up. The bathrooms had terrible ventilation causing you to SWEAT after getting out of the shower because it was so humid. The breakfast was also awful, missing most items and the food borderline edible. There were some positives here: comfortable bed, helpful staff, a pool the kids liked, and a cheap price (although for good reason). If you can afford it, please stay somewhere else. The low price is not worth it.

The bed was comfortable. That's it. Not really clean. There was strange people in the lobby when were checking in. Same strange people when we ate breakfast. It seemed they lived there. The coffee was okay. The breakfast lacking. No plates . Had to eat out of a bowl. Some of our ladies that came to the conference in our group had strange men knocking on their door at 2 am. Was very scared. Our group agreed we will never return. 😩 Ugh. Nasty

Room was very warm and would not cool down, despite it being January and having the AC turned on. The doors are also very heavy and slam shut so anytime another room was coming/going the door would slam very loudly, waking us up. Rooms were just okay.
