Place is a JOKE. Don’t recommend moving into here!! I’m being targeted because of my race or age, please do not move in here or waste you’re money here. Lot rent is going up, and nothing changes for the community. Living here is a black hole and you won’t be able to get out. Also if you buy a place in here you will not be able to move it off you’re “lot”.

What a sham ! Raised lot rent the first yr I moved at nearly $100 more than triple what I was promised as annual increase. People I’ve spoken to wanting to flee this horrible place. Unbelievable!

They still have renters living here, but will not renew the leases when they expire and are not taking new renters.

Call the community center for woodland ridge. They can tell you. I haven't seen any sign or notice of it yet.
