3 months ago we got 2022 Jeep gladiator and I’m already having transmission issues, hasitate to shift 4/5th gear. Took it back to the dealership so they can diagnose the problem, and was left at service for about 6 days, I was told by service adviser they couldn’t duplicate the problem so they can’t do anything about it. (I had to full up the gas tank for test drive and give it back empty ).

I bought a Durango a few months ago no problem their ln and out quick sales and finance where good but unfortunately the service department has a lot of issues that need to be addressed service writers do not answer the phone if you leave a message they don’t follow back and the list goes on if your gonna take your vehicle in be prepared for it to be their for weeks!!! At least those have been my experiences with both my Jeep Wrangler and now my Durango

That's how I am, I know a contract for a ram and after a month of using it they tell me that something is wrong and they take it away from me and give me another one because that was not the price that opened a mistake
Idk but I only get my truck serviced at i10 and I always work with Alonzo he should be back from lunch at 2pm give him a call
