Went in for American supplies. Or flag or army. They didn't have anything. The one flag Ballon they had they couldn't sell and were out of stock. Big store. Not much to choose from. It's almost as if you can't have a theme in mind you just have to go and see whats available.

This place is wack. Me, my 5yr old daughter and wife went here to get a costume for my daughter's school event. We went here because their online store said they had it in stocks. Upon getting there, we started looking for the costume. We asked a girl for help, she didn't even acknowledge us. She just kept walking to the back. Then we heard some people shouting. Can we help you?!!! But they wouldn't come out. Almost as they were making fun of us. Then a guy comes, he doesn't know anything. Then the girl we asked for help for in the beginning comes out with an attitude. I told her, if you going to have a mode don't help. You guys here are supposed to help. If you don't like your job you shouldn't working around people. This place is not a good place to go to. You won't find what you need. A second hand store is more helpful and organized.

This party city is the worst I’ve been to. They’re never stocked on items and to top it off service is horrible only two employees are nice enough to smile at you

This party city is fully stocked! I love the variety of item and customer service is good. A little more organization would be great but overall love this place.
