I'm still waiting for a refund... I called customer service, they told me I had to pay over phone to talk with a specialist. I told them I know exactly what the problem is and to help assist confirming the part. They couldn't over the phone. Scheduled tech took a month. Didn't show up for 3 months. I ended up doing the work. And paid for the service and part. As well as warranty. This is not a joke. I need my money back

The worst customer service! Tech was 1 house away and canceled because he said he had a dr appointment! What a joke! Called to complain and reschedule and was told a tech would be here the very next day only to wait around and call for and update to find that the tech who canceled schedules the appointment for 2 weeks out. Canceled all appointments this is why Sears are closing all over!
