All the guys (9) sent in their measurements. 7 needed adjustments on coat or pants. One employee in the shop closest to New Buffalo. She was helping 2 of us pick up tuxes for 7 people. Took a long time. They don't keep credit cards on file so we had to pay for 1/2 of the rental price for the 7 people. Costly and not customer focused. Felt bad for the people behind us wanting to pick up a tux. They waited a long time. Wedding was on Saturday and I (father of the groom) picked up all the tuxes to return on Sunday. No! Store is not opened on Sunday! Had to drive to another location 20+ miles further away. Inconvenient again! People working here (this store had 3 employees) were very helpful (as was the lady at the first store - just a lot to do for one person). Not the best scenario!

I know they are good at what they do but I wish they would listen every once in awhile to the client when they tell them for a little extra length in the sleeves and length of dress shirt so it says tucked in.
