I really appreciate them very very much for their help every year NIPSCO is one bill I can never keep up they are so high for my budget. They are so helpful and easy to work with I never ever have had a problem with North central community

I just love the staff!!!! They are just so amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me. This past year has been extremely hard for myself and my family. They’re so understanding and comforting. They have taken the stress and worry away of making sure my family and I have our Nipsco on. They’re most definitely a blessing. Every time I express my appreciation and gratitude, I get the response “ I’m just doing my job.” Well, you all deserve a raise or some kind of bonus because you all are wonderful at what you do. Also, sadly not everyone does their job anymore let alone go the extra mile for people. Thank you so so much for everything you do. ❤️❤️❤️
