So my wife loves to shop. And I really mean she loves to shop. So we go to many retail stores. We noticed that KITH always has the nicest and kindest customer service. Over at KITH in Brooklyn, our experience was exceeded. We were always kindly greeted at the door. Warm smiles as usual but an outstanding employee by the name of Dayshalee nicknamed "Daysha or Day" truly eclipsed the definition of "customer service" We came in almost to closing time and she took her time answering our questions, giving us tips and thoughts on the items we were purchasing and never once we felt like she was upselling or rushing us to hurry up. We even had a great convo with her just about fashion, life, food, etc. We could tell she totally loves working at KITH and her personality was so magnifying. Her pure energy just radiated off her and spreads around the store. If upper management or the owner of KITH see's this post please give her the proper acknowledgement. She is just purely an overall great person. Also, Remy (I hoped I spelled her name correctly) was just as curious and well mannered. She was the cashier and just the brief encounter with her, we felt so well taken care of. KITH BK, thank you and Day rocks!

Ciani Sophia your a journalist, clearly not a good one. You were recorded in that store! Suggest you remove your review before your integrity as a journalist comes into question. Have a nice day.

I bought what I was looking for. There are children's and women's clothes and shoes, although the store is quite small. The staff is unobtrusive, polite. Always help. It is a pity that there is no possibility of delivery from one store to another. To not travel around the cities. I hope they improve the overall service of the brand.

People may have to stand on line outside as it store capacity is restricted due to COVID. There is hand sanitizer readily available upon entry. For ice cream purchases, they are made outside through a window.
Eat, there's food places near by as well. A couple of blocks down theres a mall. Theres also an escape room if you're looking for an activity.
And
No
They do sell them but it's through a raffle. They don't have any in stock
If you live in Brooklyn just go check the store...sometimes it's sold out online but in-store is different
Yes, they were raffled off already. If you didn't win then there's no chance of purchasing them
