Stay away from Tylisz Appliance!!!!!! Their service is awful!! My parents waited 9 months for a dishwasher. When Tylisz came to install they said my parents didn't have the correct hookup, so they delayed delivery again out several more weeks and told my parents to pay for a plumber. They then proceeded to call my parents MULTIPLE times and continue to ask if they still wanted the dishwasher. Today was suppose to be delivery day again and they arrived to install and it was the wrong dishwasher!!! If my mom hadn't of checked the model number they would have installed the wrong dishwasher!!! I am all for supporting small businesses, but they deserve to go out of business!

Great experience and everyone was very helpful. We used Tylisz for all new appliances on our new construction home. We had an issue where our cabinet sub-contractor gave us the wrong dimensions for our built in microwave. It was not Tylisz fault at all and they were willing to come correctly measure and replace and order a new microwave for us that would fit the cabinet correctly at no extra cost or extra installation. Crew was great. I cannot imagine going through these type of issues with a Lowes or Home Depot. So thankful for Tylisz and don't regret going there one bit ! If you're building a new home and need new appliances I highly recommend.
