A relaxed and enjoyable Jazz bar, you should come and experience it when you come to Chicago
Bobbe Wright
One of the best venues for live jazz and blues in the downtown Chicago area.

Maybe I just lucked out, but I went to an Omar Sosa event and wow... just wow, fabulous performance. The venue itself has this nice historic and classy feel to it. You have servers that ask you if you would like to drink. Comfortable seating.

Omar Sosa was so good. Great atmosphere and energy in the place and so much history!

You should probably send this to them directly.
Yes. They just cannot drink. On Sunday at 4 they have family and kids can come
That I don't know but call and ask the establishment
We bought tickets ahead of time for The Pat Martino Trio. Higher priced tickets let you choose from all the best areas nearer to the stage. There was even one table ON THE STAGE! No one was brave enough to sit that close. Here's the trick: If the main artist plays right-handed, sit stage-right (veer toward the left side as you enter.) We sat at the far right and couldn't see Mr. Martino's hands playing that guitar.
Hi, Im pretty sure they book acts. I'd give them a call
We highly suggest making a reservation online before arriving, especially with current COVID capacity restrictions.
Yes, you'll need to show your id at the bar to get a drink
Yes, bring him
A drink minimum is news to me, although it's possible depending on special circumstances.
I'm pretty sure that under 21 is allowed if accompanied by someone 21 or older. For sure minors are allowed during Sunday matinee shows. They call it "Save the Children" performances, and I think they get in free.
I dont think you are asked to leave. We were not asked to.
Yes. ..just ck their website
They're pretty laid back there and probably wouldn't ID for verification....plus your friend could explain the situation and I'm sure they'd understand/agree.
Last time I was there I bought in food from the Mexican restaurant a few doors to the north.
I have seen a number of under 21 patrons at various shows over the years. Probably best to call to make sure.
Really no formal dress code. When I visit, I usually stay out in the burbs (cheaper) and take the metra to downtown and will have been walking around sightseeing most of the day and attend in shorts and a T-shirt (not ratty but decent at least). Seems like many others wear the same when they attend.
