I had an opportunity to experience with both providers at the facility. Dr. Geloo was the first and I didn't really like her approach toward me. I felt as if she was in a rush and didn't really want to address my questions or concerns on my second visit with her. I complained of pain in my leg, which she treated me for and told me to return if the pain continued. When the pain struck again, I called the office and was told the doctor couldn't do anything for me, but recommended pain management. I was very disappointed. After one initial visit of leg pain, I should go to pain management? The nurse Yesenia was very kind and did all of what she could do for me. I decided to switch and see the other provider, Claudia. What a difference! I liked her genuineness. I felt listened to, cared for, and not just a number. I recommened Claudia. She is a nurse practitioner there.
