Site says 40 minute wait. Came from other clinic that lied about wait times. I arrive and there are three people in the waiting room. They tell me it's a 2 hour wait. I ask about the website time and they say it only counts if people are waiting in the waiting room, and all the rooms are full of people waiting for the doctor. They need to staff better if they are going to call it "immediate care" and stop manipulating the website waiting times so it reflects the true wait.

I highly would not recommend coming to this urgent care especially since they allow children who are being tested for Covid not wear masks correctly and they do not check people in the just make you wait for whatever reason . If you want to feel comfortable do not come here

******Please read! My first ever Google review FOR A REASON********* I came in for an x-ray the day after Christmas for a foot injury. My toe was black & blue, swollen, and I could not extend it so I knew I needed to see if it was broken. The rad tech seemed inexperienced, and could not get an accurate picture for the physician. I tried helping her by moving my foot around to get the right angles. She finally said that she "thinks she got it" and walked me back to the room. Ultimately, after 4 hrs of waiting total, I received a two sentence diagnosis after the assessment: "X-ray images are unclear due to osseous interference. No fractures found." I couldn't believe it. How can you form a definitive diagnosis while at the same time admitting that you did not get an accurate picture?? I figured I can just shake it off. But a couple of weeks go by, and I still cannot push pressure on my toe or curl it. So, I decide to go into a different clinic and get another x-ray. AND GUESS WHAT??? Right away they find that I cracked my toe and it had been broken all along. Please, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR X-RAYS.

Yes if your doctor has the order placed then yes. You'll walk in and the first door on the right is where you need to go. As soon as you walk in, sign into the sheet immediately to your left after waking into the door on your right and look for the lab sign in sheet. They'll call you to check you in and call you back to do your blood work! Should be about 15/20 minutes ish.
There is a few doctors in this building.. i don’t think there is a dermatologist. There is a few on Randall road between Geneva and northern Aurora.
Yes at all the intermediate care centers
