I agree with others regarding their absolutely suboptimal customer service. My wife and I spent way too much money because we felt we wanted quality furniture at this point in our lives. We had purchased Walter E Smithe in the past with good results. However, this time (the last time) they have completely changed our opinion. We purchased a very expensive couch. The cushions lost their shapes after 3 weeks. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to even admit there was a problem. We provided pictures, a technician came to the house, finally our designer came out to validate our concerns. They finally provided new cushions (just the inside) after having to act less than dignified for someone to listen. The replacements were no better. They are completely overpriced and unconcerned once your purchase is complete. I feel we've been robbed of our hard earned money. I will never go there again and highly discourage anyone else. They do not stand by their products!

BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! I gave one star because I had to but this place deserves negative stars. I paid for a table in May 2021 and HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT. Customer service has been telling me all this time it would be delivered but there are covid shipping delays. NOW, more than a year in, Walter E Smithe claims the table is NEVER COMING! NEVER COMING! WHY? no one knows. It's a factory issue but I can't get an answer as to what that issue is. I trusted walter E. Smithe and thought that i could. But clearly they are scam artists who took my money and didn't deliver any product AT ALL. ZERO!

Yes, we do sell Stressless! Select stores such as Arlington Heights, Vernon Hills, and Oak Brook have larger assortment of the product to sit in, but our Lincoln Park showroom has access to the entire line

I hadn't heard about that program, I did ask them about an old couch we had and they would charge $50 (if I remember correctly) to take our old couch away, our old couch does not have any real value.
