This will be my last purchase from CB2. I ordered a rug for the now 2nd time. The first time I had to send it back because it smelled of some kind of chemical and literally I could not breathe with it in my home! I had to put the rug into a garage until it could be picked back up. This time I ordered a different rug. It has taken over 3 months to come in. I was contacted to schedule a delivery which I did. Then, the morning of delivery I received a voicemail saying that the rug wasn't in the warehouse so they couldn't deliver!!! For an entire week now I have been trying to figure out where my rug is and how to get it redelivered. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and they keep telling me I will get a new notice for redelivery, but I have yet to receive. I actually received an email saying my rug was delivered which is not true!! This is just unacceptable on all levels and especially given the cost of furniture and rugs at CB2!! Never again!!
