We visited Ashley Furniture yesterday (10/9) looking for a new bedroom set. The Store Manager (Alex Radicanin) and the Assistant Store Manager (Karen Valladares) were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They took the time to answer all of our questions and then some, Alex walked us through various options and available features. I highly recommend this store and Ashley Furniture.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley! I spoke to Karen my rep on the phone and then came in the store in person. She was terrific! I got my approval and my sofa purchased! And now can come in and buy more. Looking forward to seeing our new sofa soon.

Alec was amazingly helpful. Full disclosure - we had a TERRIBLE experience with customer service, the return policy is a joke and there is no wiggle room. THAT SAID - Alec the store manager was amazing in helping us to resolve our issue and find a great deal. Super friendly, very knowledgeable. If you need a great in person experience would highly recommend him! Just make sure you love whatever it is in store so you don’t have to deal with their customer support…

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
