My wife and I went into this location to finalize a payment for a sofa, but we were rudely met with an associate named Michael. I repeatedly tried to explain to them what we were there for and that I needed help. While I was being belittled by the associate, they humiliated another employee by searching their belongings before they went home. We felt so bad for the employee to have their personal belongings rifled through in front of us and other customers in the public. Crate & Barrel should be ashamed and embarrassed for allowing their management to treat employees and patrons with such disrespect.
