American Pie on COLONEL GLENN is the place I can go and ask for a gluten free pizza, get one that is very good, and not have a reaction. I know it is a roulette game bc its the nature of the gluten beast. I tell them I need it as gluten free as I can get it and they write it down and I do not get sick. I thank them for that, more than they know. My husband, kids, and MIL all say it has the best taste and they love the crust. That being said... there are some servers that seem as though they are quite unhappy with their lives. I would love to see that change. Thank you for giving me a safe place to go out with my family.

Took about 30 minutes to get spaghetti and a sandwich with no one else there. Salads were finished quickly. Food overall was good. They were really picky about giving you extra crackers. I guess to save money. We will be back. Have been going for several years.

Update; 4/23/22 6:25pm I’m not going to remove any stars because the food is good or was the first time. Went in tonight to get a pizza to take back to the room. I’m standing at the counter, the lady asked what I need I told her to leave an order. I asked for a menu, she says it would have been nice if you would have asked for one. Then threw a menu at the counter and she very hatefully there are a bunch over there. I told her never mind she says ok I left. Supper rude Excellent Pie. Employees Super Nice. Thank You!

Update! Found out America Pie Pizza has Mug Rootbeer! 🎉 That plus the Sub Sandwich (Canadian Bacon, Genoa Salami, Pepperoni and Mozzarella Cheese) and chips was a pretty fantastic lunch. Staff remains incredibly friendly and prompt. My first time eating here and I'm hooked. #1. Classic rock playing at a reasonable volume. #2. The sweet tea. #3. The nicest people I've met in a loooong time on staff. The cheeseburger pizza was good. As expected. The pickles were thick and that's a plus for me. The sausage pizza also good. I am impressed with the menu. There is good variety in the salads and appetizers as well as the pizzas. Will definitely be back.
