I ordered online at 12:15 am and was immediately called by a woman at the store to tell me it would be “a minimum of 2 hours on my delivery” to which I replied that that was fine. She then very rudely told me that she “takes that back, it’s going to be 2.5 hours on my delivery and that they would be closed by then,” and refused to make my order, then cancelled it. This place has the absolute worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever done business with. Steer clear of this place if at all possible. It’s not worth the hassle

I want to give them zero if possible. Placed order on line for delivery didn't receive over half of our order. When I called they informed me it would be 2 hours to get the rest of the order. Manager offers a free pizza to compensate picking up what they messed up after I already paid for delivery and gas is $4.00 a gallon! Sorry service!!

Had a horrible experience with TJ, but the higher up managers made it more than right and gave me their personal phone number to ensure my satisfaction... They are a really good store despite that one bad apple. If you see something, say something! Don't let one person's bad behavior ruin a whole store for you.
