I love Room & Board products, but the overall in-store shopping experience could be improved. After pre-shopping online, I made a trip to the store specifically to see samples of the outdoor tabletop options for their Parsons line. They could not round up samples of the outdoor tabletop options or confirm which specific top was on display on one of the tables on their patio. I also think Room & Board should offer to split deliveries, on their dime, when an order with multiple items has one item significantly delayed instead of asking the customer to front a $89 charge for each delivery if you’d like to receive the in stock items earlier.

Rude sales people! Was in the store over 20 mins, not one sales person would even acknowledge my existence or offer to help. A salesman in the outlet portion looked at me at least 3 times, saw me trying out chairs, sitting on couches, laying on a daybed - refused to even acknowledge me. Another sales lady, too busy fluffing pillows on a shelf. Another, head down, engrossed by her phone at the register. It takes very little to say "Hi, how are you today? I will check back with you in a minute after I get done helping these folks, finishing this task, etc.". Honestly felt they size up people & make a determination on whether you have $$ to justify their effort. The woman carrying a LV purse was greeted; woman decked out in Lululemon was greeted & helped; not me. My Kohls outfit & Target purse tagged me as a peasant apparently. Felt like Pretty Woman. Left the store and told the receptionist about the rudeness of their staff. She got defensive. It's a shame - was looking to furnish a whole house - big mistake, big, huge!

Yes, we offer free fabric and leather swatches and $25 material samples. Our $25 samples come with free shipping both ways, and once returned to us, the cost is refunded.

Our full-service delivery for furniture is $79 for unlimited items per trip, anywhere in the contiguous United States. Return delivery for furniture is also free.

Partial payment does not apply to items shipped via UPS, tax or fees. If all items in your order are in stock and ready for delivery, full payment is collected during check out.

Yes. I felt safe. They are limiting the number of people inside and there's someone greeting you probably making sure you are masked.

Negative. At least not in the traditional sense. There are office chairs that probably move back and forth, up and down. But for a classic rocking chair try the Macys furniture store down the street.
