I went first to a Ashley in Geneva IL and the sales person there came to us and directed us to the recliners and then she took off to the next person entering the store. To me that was really ignorant. My wife and I left but when leaving that same person stopped us and said when you decide make sure you see me. I said to my wife NOT HARDLY. The next day I went to the Bolingbrook store and while looking around a sales person came up to me and stayed with me to explain everything that I had questions about. This is a damn good salesperson. She helped me a I purchased a recliner that day because of her help.

I would not buy it from Ashley furniture store unless you picking it up yourself if they have to deliver it you might be waiting months for it

All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
Hi Christan, we have several third party vendors as well as in-house delivery team. It depends on which distribution center is closest to you. Hope this helps! -kl
