Doctor told me that I didn’t have a sinus infection or an ear infection. Put me on steroids for my cough. So I go on vacation a few days after being on the steroids, and I start feeling worse and worse. I end up having to go to the emergency room where I was on vacation and was told that I had a double ear infection and a bad sinus infection. The visit at the Bolingbrook location felt rushed and not thorough. Now I am on a ton of medication yet again... not happy at all! Edit 9/29/22: Here I am, yet again, in the same boat as I was 2 years ago. The visit was rushed and was NOT thorough. I went in with the exact same symptoms I have every year this time of year and explained what happens to me when I experience them. They quickly turn into a sinus infection and double ear infection. The Nurse Practitioner NICOLE WARMAC brushed me off and told me to take Sudafed, Flonase and Zyrtec. I tried to explain further but was told I would be fine. She barely looked in my ears and throat for more than 2 seconds, and I’m not exaggerating!! I went to the ER in Plainfield 2 days later in excruciating pain and was told I have a raging sinus infection, and angry, red ears (double ear infection) with fluid behind both. My tonsils are huge and inflamed and I can’t hear anything. The Sudafed has since raised my blood pressure to 128/110. The Doctor was very concerned that the nurse practitioner wanted me to take that. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I will NEVER EVER entrust my health and well-being with these morons ever again.

Not necessarily, as long as you have doctor's orders in the system. But when they are really busy like holidays and covid peaks, you might need to make an appointment before you go.
Not so much a referral but you need an order from a doctor. You have to see a doctor first. It could be from Edward or elsewhere.
Weekends/Holidays 8 am - 3:30 pm
I believe 8 to 4
