Went to exchange a sweatshirt. Had a pile of receipts due to buy hunting license the day before also. Manager had to come out JUST TO EXCHANGE and seemed like I was inconveniencing her for having her come up to help. Told me I needed a bank statement and she would have to search receipt etc etc all in order to get an EXCHANGE. Of course I couldn't get into my bank app so screw it I'll wear the wrong fit hoodie instead of deal with her again! When you work in customer service maybe have a little more customer friendly approach.

The manager at the Portage store needs to pick a different career. She should get some lessons from Cabela's who treat a customer as a human being. She has know personally, no integrity, and zero Respect for her customers. I've seen this at other Dunham stores. They also advertise online you drive miles to the store only to find they know longer have the product in. I know Dunham's won't do anything about the problem s at there store. They just sweep it under the rug. RG
