12/11/21 - dishwasher sitting with water in the bottom still. It's pathetic the way no one communicates around here. Whole apartment stinks. Sadly the only way to get real help is to put a Google review. Ever since new management has taken over things have gone down hill. Front office staff is super sweet, so much better then before. However general maintenence and safety concerns get ignored. This company is too busy renovating units to care about its current residents safety. And to busy raising rent to care about quality of life it seems like.

Since S.L Nusbaun has taken over the property it's gone downhill. First off the first thing the do is raise the rent. They want to raise rent saying we remodeling Ok but my apartment isnt being remodeled while my rent going up. I still have an 1985 apartment. They want you to pay 2021 rent for a 1985 apartment. The advertise luxury apartments there isn't nothing luxury about our apartment. The appliances don't match, there are several crack throughout, the carpets are all old and stained, everything is outdated. The hallways used to be cleaned weekly not anymore. The residents have to clean them. 3rd since they taken over the water bill has increased almost $20.00 extra per month. We use the same amount as before, but now we don't pay through champion we pay the office. What a coincidence. Thrash is all over the neighborhood when before it used to be cleaned up. The office is always closed for in person conference. Maintaince is a joke now. Used to be able to call and someone would call you back within a hour now it's a day especially if it's a weekend or night. I wish I could post pictures. The only thing they done is put a sign up for the laundry room. That's what the rent increase was for. Absolutely horrible rental company that doesn't care about the residents that been here for a long time. Me and my granny had live here over ten years and have loved being residents but with the new management it's turned into a nightmare. Don't waste your time here. Ask the neighbors about it before you move here.

This is a very good place for what it's priced. The leasing staff and the maintenance crew are extremely fast and courteous when it comes to taking care the residents. The maintenance crew here responds to issues within 24 hours and sometimes even within only a couple of hours from when you submitted the request. The only criticism I have for this place is its close proximity to the railroad tracks but that is a very minor issue.

I have lived here a little over a year now and I enjoy it. The rent is vert reasonable especially for the size of your apartment. The staff has always been polite and very helpful. Maintenance has always taken care of problems the same day. In my opinion it's a nice place to live not quite sure why there are so many bad reviews but for me it's a nice home.
