Unfortunately a year ago my daughter had just turned 14 years old we were planning her quince since she was 13, however since she could not wear the dress that she wanted to wear they custom made the dress on the doll that she wanted to wear I will forever be grateful to them I had paid them up front deposit and when I picked up the dog to my surprise I was going to give them the rest of what I owed for the trash and the doll and they said no that I can have it and I'm not bringing them five stars just because they did that for me I'm writing them five stars just because of the work they did every detail they had great service and beautiful hearts so I couldn't recommend anybody that is buying for their daughter's quinceañera dress to haven't made by them they have great service great quality I will forever be grateful to them for the great job they did on the dress

This was a wonderful experience. We stopped by without an appointment after a disappointing experience at another quince store. The manager was welcoming and squeezed in a quick try on of 2 beautiful dresses for us. They have a designer on site who can customize designs for you and they are very accommodating. We look forward to working with them in the future. Tips: masks are currently required, they do not allow photography of the dresses.

The beautiful dress, the cost is expensive but according to "includes alterations" my daughter's dress had to be cut in length, and the sleeves that were too big, NEVER FIXED IT! I went to lift the dress and I trusted that it was fixed, or surprise I took the dress dragged it and there it can. Seeing the super lagar sleeves, she was too upset and had to use it that way. An unprofessional place, when you're there, “you're a princess, you look beautiful, don't worry, we'll fix it. No, they didn't fix anything.
