I’m not sure tbh, I am not vegan. Are you looking for a completely plant based sauce? Oyster sauce may be a good option. Otherwise it may just be easier to research it online first. From what I’ve seen a sauce made from seaweed and tofu fermentation comes close to the original flavor of fish sauce. Sorry I couldn’t help more!
