My mom and I were looking for a new manufactured home for a while. We contacted few dealerships and at the end decided to get our new home from Imperial Home Sales. Kyle and Andy from the sales department went out of their way to accomodate our needs. They were professional, knowledgeable and... patient. We asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them. We worked within financial constraints, but Kyle and Andy were able to come up with great solutions that met our needs and made our transaction possible. We reviewed multiple floor plans and styles of the homes. Kyle and Andy were very easy to work with during our negotiations and after. Our emails were always answered in timely manner and information requested was sent to us. I'd highly recommend Imperial to everyone who is looking for a manufactured home. Alex Garland

Sewer line under the home was connected improperly and is leaking. Call them twice and they lied to me that someone came and check it. Called again and they hung up on me. Called 3 more times and no answer straight to voicemail. Husband called today and was told it was not their fault we know that it was during the set-up of the house. Email them hoping for a good answer. Horrible customer service.

Worst Customer Service Ever! The Man that greeted us was nice but the person that " Didn't" help us apparently doesn't want business nor does he care anything about helping you. His last comment as we walked out - after my husband asked where else should we look was - Open the Phone book 😡 My thoughts are- if your company is no longer taking orders for home's and you have None to sell OFF the lot IS- WHY ARE YOU EMPLOYED & WHY ARE YOUR DOORS OPEN!?!?!

Don't buy your home there the service is lame. They lied to you. I went there to purchase a small home for my oceanshore property, over the Christmas break. They told me I need to put a deposit down so I did. I give them $220.00 and they also told me it was 100% refundable. turn out I can't have a single wide in the oceanshore.i call them to get my deposit back. They told me it sent to me. I been waiting about 4 weeks already I still haven't received my money. I just tired to call them every week to asked for my deposit so I stopped. It's only $220 but I tell you that I will never go back to Imperial home again.
