Customer service is ok. Delivery drivers and service call staff are amazing. Billing online system is garbage difficult to pay bill and they charge way too much in fees for In house credit. When originally set up my account they said I could not pay up front and had to get a CC. I believe this was simply a lie. They set me up with credit and charged me over 150 dollars in fees just for yearly set up. Overpriced!

Unfortunately the Chehalis WA store is no longer there. Burned to the ground last Sunday. For those who aren't aware, the Chehalis location is once again pumping gas & diesel.
