If you want rude, here's the place to go. Their communication, or lack thereof, sent out the rudest and most unpleasant person possible! We called asking for help to save, if possible, our flooded carpet. Instead of advice and help, we just got rudeness. Definitely not going to pay him to come back and have such rudeness and negativity in place of good customer service when we reinstall the carpet! This company needs to get on the same wavelength as their customers and not waste their, as well as our, time!

Tickled pink with the carpet and service I received at Home Carpet Warehouse! My husband kept falling, and he decided he wanted a carpet remnant for more stability and a softer landing in the living room. Was helped at HCW by a very kind gentleman who patiently waited while I agonized over which one to choose. He helped me find one with a pad-attached backing that is the perfect color and size for the area we needed it for. Very pleased with the great product, reasonable price, and kind service I received there.

Got terrible flooring and they won't repair because installers quit. I did not hire installers, I hired home carpet. Now I see the terrible flooring every day. Saving up again to replace. 2 years later and the floor edges flair. The doors don't work properly, base boards are falling off. The gaps in the middle of the room are discussing to see daily.

Home Carpet Warehouse is great to work with! We had them do our entire kitchen as well as new floor coverings in every room in the house we also had them take care of all of the window treatments. Very class act! Don’t waste your time going to the big box stores where they lure you in with gimmick pricing and low-quality product.
