Citi Trends

Well I don't know what store u may shop at but the Citi Trends I go to always greets me at the door and is always helpful when I am unable to find a outfit or size I need. The customer service person will Stop and help me find the clothing size I'm looking for. I look forward to shopping at my Citi Trends. When I come into the store they inform me of the new clothing that have came in that they know i may like and show me where they are at in the store. I just love shopping at my Citi Trends.

This is true dont greet you upon entering the store i said gm got a grumpy reply. There stocking then have to stop check you out huffing and puffing like im the problem.I ask for price on perfume worker acted irriated boxes and hangers in aisle whay if i slipped stepping on plastic that slides on carpet??? Employee needs to know gd customer service skills. And plus size section was scadly stocked not enough options to chose from. But smaller size section was better stock.I had to ask do you offer layaway ppl dont have money all the time clerk shook her head. The store is in a URBAN AREA changes are needed i live in urban area would like to be treated better not like im a problem DO BETTER
