Well I don't know what store u may shop at but the Citi Trends I go to always greets me at the door and is always helpful when I am unable to find a outfit or size I need. The customer service person will Stop and help me find the clothing size I'm looking for. I look forward to shopping at my Citi Trends. When I come into the store they inform me of the new clothing that have came in that they know i may like and show me where they are at in the store. I just love shopping at my Citi Trends.
Really? I've never experienced that! But you know, nowadays there is no customer service! Is there another store in the city?
