It was horrible. A few people in the party didn't get food after 2hrs. They left the young waitress by herself to try and correct an issue she didn't fix. The y didn't know who ordered what. The small kiosk at the table didn't work so we all had to go to the bay one at a time. Tell them what we had n pay. It was horrible. Never again

I have ordered the old timer cheeseburger several times online/curbside to go from the Newport News location (Jefferson Ave) and it's always been delicious.Never any issues. Yesterday, I ordered the same burgers online/curbside to go from the Hampton location (Mercury Blvd) and they were disgusting. Well done shouldn't be burnt to a black crisp. Look into getting new cooks!

Ordered nachos from Chili's and they separated three different layers of five chips with tin foil plus they put cheese on every layer so the tin foil is now stuck to every layer of chips it's nachos you don't have to separate them really upset we don't know who thought this was a good idea

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We were seated and warned about short staffing which I totally understand. We waited a while but received our food, well some. My mom received her chicken which was ice cold. My cousin waited a while for his but eventually got it. My husband never received his food. We kept asking and we were pretty much snapped at (not by our waiter) that “it was coming”. We all finished eating and my husband still never received his food. I spoke to the manager to see if it could be to go and be comped. I also asked him if it would be fair for another meal to be comped for all our troubles and he said yes. Got our bill and everything was messed up. Had to remind about meals being comped. Manager said he misunderstood about the 2nd meal being comped and offered to cover half. I wanted to get out of the places so I said heck with it and that’s what was done. My aunt paid for an extra asparagus side that she didn’t order and I paid for an extra kids meal I didn’t order, but we all wanted to leave so bad we just said heck with it and paid it anyways. Very very dissatisfied.
