Room is pretty dated. Room has a strange smell similar to the smell in the lobby restroom. Tub looks very worn down. Sink doesn’t drain properly. Hotel is short staffed. They literally give you a letter that says they can’t support typical housekeeping requests. Of the ~90 nights I’ve spent in Hilton hotels this year, this place is the 2nd most disappointing.

For the price and location the hotel is fair. Dated decor, issues with key at check-in, room AC did not chill the room, and pool was out of service. Guest services was less than exceptionally happy to help except the lady working Saturday night. I loved that they sent an email the morning of check-in asking for preferences. I responded asking for a top floor and early check in. I never received any response back, so when I arrived to the hotel around 1:30 and the room was not ready. I left and came back close to 3 p.m. the room was still not ready. A little annoying as I had to change plans when they could have easily responded to the email. I understand housekeeping is working hard and probably understaffed; however, guest services could have responded to the email especially because Lisa said she read the email. When we got checked in, the key did not work. Finally we got settled. The room wasn't horrible but surely needs updating. The pool was out of commission, so we had to use the pool next door, which was not a huge inconvenience but it was outdoor in stead of indoor and did not have a hot tub/jacuzzi. If I had to stay again, I would, because location as pretty fair and it was not horrible. I'd just hope if you send an email and see a reply, let the customer know what's going on because that set the tone for me with the hotel. As a gold member, I frequent Hilton hotels as a preference so I thought that was a nice gesture just wish I did not have to inconvenience myself or waste gas coming there when a response to the email would have let me know the preferences were unable to be acknowledged.

My room was old and my bed was rickety. My shower head low water pressure and there was some water damage to the room. There was no telephone in the room as well. Upon check-out I was charged an extra $15 for breakfast that I did not eat. When I called the hotel in reference to this they took my name and number and said that the manager will contact me. That was over two weeks ago I have not received any phone calls nor have I received my money back. In addition to all of this I called to check and see if their pool was open prior to me coming and they said yes. Upon arrival the pool was broken and it wasn't available for the next two weeks. That was a whole reason of me booking this place for my business trip. I feel like this hotel does not represent Hilton's brand. I would not stay here ever again!

Surprisingly affordable and nice looking hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. Slightly outdated but, we've seem worse. Just a night stay for a getaway on Saturday. For a night stay on Saturday, price was $108+ tax...not too bad. Only reason for 4 stars, not of the hotel's fault, was the noisy people around us and outside. @ midnight, we can hear neighbors full conversations. Also, some idiots doing doughnuts outside nearby, even though it didn't last long. AND some youngsters down stairs right below our room, shouting and arguing past midnight by then. I was wondering when the shooting would start! Which it didn't, thankfully. Apparently, no one called the police, didn't hear no siren or lights outside....

No. Not through normal channels. Maybe if you book through Delta Airlines or something.
It has a board room, a ball room, a restaurant/bar area, but I don't know if they specifically have a hospitality room.
