AutoNation Collision Center on Lake Worth Road has committed professionals to help you after a collision. Ms. Adriel Wright our Collision Advisor, kept us informed from the first encounter. She is professional with empathy for her clients. Understands the insurance aspect of a collision while helping her clients move through the repairs. The repair work by the numerous technical individuals is superior to their competitors. The Equinox front end repair is perfect. Thanks Adriel!!!

My first time using this business for auto body repair the most disappointed and lack quality control I've ever seen I picked up my car twice and twice I have to take it back three times in total because things were not done correctly. The first two times that I pick up my car it was dirty beige leather seats were not covered as it should have been

This is my second time using this AutoNation Greenacres Collison Center to repaint the hood of my unique Green Porsche Macan. The first time a shard of metal on the highway created a large scratch. The most recent was from rocks flying from a truck. Both instances they did a great job matching the color and making it look new. Great service and great workmanship. I hope I don't have to use them again, but would if I need to have painting or body work.

Questions & Answers

Do not take your car to repair there. They removed the passenger's headlight to fix the fender and now my high beam comes on when the low beam only is turned on and my high beam is no longer working. They declined to fix it.

Thank you Wayne. I did ask them to fix it, they told me that the shop instance is that they didn't cause the issue and I would need to pay $250 out of pocket if I wanted an electrician to diagnose and fix it. They even told me they didn't test the headlight prior to removing it but refused to take ownership of the situation.
