Went here on Thursday around 4 and was interested in pre ordering a game. The manager working was very rude and short with me. He seemed like it was an inconvenience to speak to anyone, was very rude to a coworker immediately as he came inside from what im assuming was his break, will not be returning. I'll order online instead.

Very much so. However, they are limiting the number of customers in the store to 5 at a time.
Pipe broke. They closed to take care of repairs, and were told to remodel while they were closed. They will reopen soon, but like micah said, employees best guesstimate is a weel to a month
