Please train your childcare staff! I cannot work out for more than 20 minutes without them coming to tell me my 1 year old isn’t happy. Today I was asked what he likes to watch on tv….he’s a baby! He’s not going to sit in front of a tv and be quiet. There’s multiple teenagers in there standing around half the time. Any adults in charge?! Anyone who has experience with children who knows how to keep a baby happy for an hour? The membership won’t be worth it if I can’t use the childcare. And good luck finding an actual manager….super annoying. Everything else is great, but the kid zone staff is awful!

Its a clean and quit place. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a huge variety of machines, dumbells and workout classes. I find it really good gym to workout and get healthy 💪

Peak offers free fitness classes with top notch fitness instructor. I loss 50 pounds over 8months and have kept it off ( well gained 10 over holidays) but if u tweak ur eating increase water intake and go to cardio and weight lifting classes u will lose weight too without the hefty price tag of a personal trainer. I love zumba, body pump, and spin classes. Then slow down with body flow and yiga type classes. 🔥💋💜💜💜👍🏋
Well I do my own training, because I know what to do. But most personal training is not worth paying for. You can go on youtube and get more motivation and ideas on how to train for free rather than paying someone
The East State location has a bb court but no pools. Our Perryville location has both bb courts and indoor and outdoor pools. A membership there gets you both locations.
There is no pool at peak fitness, however there is a pool at peak sports club
Dry sauna only at this location, but for more money you can join the Perryville location and get a steam sauna as well as other amenities such as a whirlpool and an indoor/ outdoor pool.
Yes you can , they charge $15.00 you fill out a piece of paper and that's it .
