I ordered a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni, chicken pasta & the cinnamon rolls for dessert. The pizza seemed like it was almost precooked & was not looking fresh when it arrived. The pasta tasted over cooked & a bit mushy. The best thing was the cinnamon rolls. Was very disappointed to feed my family.

After putting in the order, I got a call from the store stating my order could not be completed since there are no delivery drivers. I decided to complete my order at another store that has a solid customer service reputation rather than the kempsville store that has been rude to me on more than one occasion.

I ordered a pizza, wings, and cinnabon swirls. The pizza had the incorrect sauce and there was so little of it that I would say 80% of the pizza had no sauce. The wings were large but there was so little sauce I had to furiously shake the container just to get all the wings coated in something. I contacted the restaurant and got a store credit. I feel like pizza hut corporate needs to do an overhaul of their employee satisfaction system to ensure more quality service.
