Very nice units with good neighbors, and attentive maintenance. The only downside is the parking. You only get one numbered parking spot assigned per apartment so if you've got more than one person living with you that has a car, has to park in an unmarked spot, which sounds fine in theory however there are almost never unmarked spots by my unit anytime after work hours. I've had nights where I've had to park all the way across the entire complex, not to mention that there were plenty of numbered spots that had no cars in them. I tried addressing the parking situation months ago with the office and they said they'd talk to management but nothing was ever done. I know I don't own the place and I don't know what goes on behind the scenes. All I know as a tenant it would only make sense when you see a bunch of empty numbered spots not being used to just get rid of the assigned spots altogether, it is not a nice feeling to have to walk across the complex in the dark after a long night at work. Otherwise I have no complaints about the living experience itself.

I lived here for over 13 years and it's sad that I am moving, ever since the new management took over they really been working hard improving everything on the property from the units to the complex exterior. Out of all my time living here I never had any issues with other tenants and everyone was quite respectful of each other, there is also security that patrols the property for extra peace of mind. Property maintenance was great they took care of any and all issues I had and were very nice. Management itself was wonderful the staff in the office was always polite and professional and would answer any questions I had. I would recommend looking or considering moving here, location is great management and maintenance staff are truly awesome, this place will be remembered as home to me.

I have been living at Lake Princess Anne for a few years. Heather and Lauren who work in the office have outstanding customer service skills. They are always pleasant and responsive, and I always have positive experiences when I contact them. Trevor works in the maintenance department and he is also very polite and does great work. Their dedication to being professional and pleasant really makes a difference and is very much appreciated!

This is the best place I’ve ever lived. My whole family would agree. If I wasn’t looking to buy my first home, we would have stayed here forever. I’ve lived in 7ish different apartments in Virginia Beach and ended up moving back here to Lake Princess Anne after living here 10 years ago. The staff is friendly, there is a sense of community here, my son and other teens regularly pick up litter. Maintenance is knowledgeable and friendly. Parking (when they aren’t repaving) is great. They are currently remodeling and updating everything. No bug issues, beautiful lake, small pool, but awesome neighbors; this place really feels like a home.
