Stayed with some family a few weeks back. It’s was super clean. All staff members was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the housekeepers did an amazing job. I remember the housekeeper shayla being super friendly and helping us to get extra sheets and towels for our room.

Wont be staying here again. Our first night, the toilet didn’t work and when I went to go talk to the front office to complain, they told me that maintenance went home for the day and that they have no more available rooms. So I said “We’re going to go all night without a working bathroom?” And the employee just shrugged her shoulders. Thats not something I want to stress about when I’m on vacation. Maintenance came around 11 to fix it and he also fixed our door because the deadbolt kept shifting and locking its self and took a great deal of strength to unlock it. It locked me in the room once and locked my boyfriend out. After maintenance fixed the toilet, I noticed soon after that it still wasn’t working so I went back down to the front office and asked for the number for a manager i could call and he refused to give me one. I understand thats not his fault if the manager told him to not give it out, but I couldn’t contact anyone higher up to help me. After the employee realized how frustrated I was, he then offered me another room. So we had to pack up all out stuff and move rooms for the rest of our stay. I didn’t need all the added stress this added to my vacation.

This place is a dump do not stay here just pay the extra money to go somewhere else. I hated it tub was dirty lady at the desk said some of the tubs were stained that’s a lie it was actual dirt in the water the water barely went down the drain. Beds uncomfortable and unclean. The bathroom sink was filthy had red stuff on it looked like a murder scene. Lady at the front said she would make a note are you serious I have pictures and I posted it on yelp. I want to gag I only stayed b/c it was too late to leave but I found another place to stay for the next night.

The property was filthy, noisy, and sketchy. The room was very dirty with unknown stains on the vinyl flooring and bedside table. The air conditioner had mold in it with debris and crayons jammed in the grate. The room was malodorous of weed and cigarettes. The linen had cigarette burns in it. The curtains were broke and the door had a 1 inch opening at the bottom - a bug crawled into the room from outside. We checked out and received a refund shorty after check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and understanding.
