Bought a Dodge Ram truck from sutherlin Nissan. Love the truck! The service was awesome! They made sure we were all taken care of!

I bought my car from this dealership about 6 months ago. And while the experience of buying the car itself wasn't bad, I do wish I would have been told the entire truth behind everything that goes into trading in another car that you still owe money on. I felt like it was all too good to pass up, but I now am in a situation where this car has cost me way more than it is worth. I am now stuck in a very upside-down loan because I was in a bad situation to begin with. I personally wouldn't be able to put someone else in a worse situation just so I can reach a quota of cars sold that month. I have also reached out twice today 10/1/22 to get ahold of someone that can help me with my warranty. The battery in the car is bad and just recently completely stopped working, even when I jump it. So, I took it to the shop to see if it was the battery or the alternator, and they were able to figure out it was the battery. It just won't hold a charge. I still have my bumper-to-bumper warranty and I purchased an extra warranty on top of that. I was just trying to get ahold of someone that would be able to help explain the warranty more and help me go over my options. The woman who answered the phone all three times I called was just very rude. I was already stressed being stranded at an AutoZone with a car that wouldn't crank with two toddlers, so when I had called in, I asked for someone in service originally. No one answered and it went back to the woman who said both men in finance were busy but promised me a call back. An hour later, we were still at AutoZone waiting, so I called again. At this point I called again and said I am still waiting on a call from Finance. This was at 11:52am. It was very hot outside, my car wouldn't start, and I have two toddlers who were also being affected by this situation. She, again, rudely promised that one of them would call me back soon since he had just finished up with a client, so I again said thank you and she hung up. It is now 2:52 pm and I had to walk my two toddlers next to the highway home. Regardless of if my warranty does or does not cover the situation, a client should not be promised assistance and have their name and number taken down and then just blown them off. Especially when they are dealing with a situation involving a car that won't even crank and two toddlers.

It was great! A long process but everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and i left feeling very comfortable with my decision.
Yes
I'm sure they do, but, dealers make all their money through service so you'll find cheaper prices at a dedicated repair shop.
