This place has the best customer service. They provided me with a custom fitted pair of shoes. I was able to run around the block to test out the shoes. No store in town going to let you do that. Plus they have a lot of running gear and clothing. And training groups for runners of all ages. I love this place.

Second Fleet feet location I’ve been too and both the Vacaville and Napa stores provided the best customer service I have experienced in any setting. Both locations brought out numerous shoes and styles to try on, different insoles, and the knowledge, technology and patience to help the customer make the right choice. #1 place to buy shoes and it’s not even close.

I was looking for Hokas based on others in my professions recommendation and good ol’ Google sent me to Fleet Feet. It was pretty busy but I was greeted by several staff members and I didn’t wait long before Sara graciously helped me. I’m a nurse on my feet from 8-16 hours a day, several days in a row, and my feet are in so much pain. Sara got pictures of my feet, arches, achilles, and pressure points. Go figure, a lot of my scans where the pressure is the worst, was glowing red over many parts of my foot. Also found out my feet are slightly different sizes and my arches are vastly different heights. No wonder why one foot hurts worse than the other. Sara helped my arches by recommending two different insoles, one for each foot. Then I tried on the Hoka Bindi with the insoles….omg! Such love! Then I asked what her recommendation was. She recommended New Balance Fresh Foam More V3. OMG…. So much MORE love. I ended up buying both pairs of shoes and inserts as I couldn’t believe the difference in the comfort and structure vs my daily shoes. I was referred to Fleet Feet in Vacaville by my physical therapist. When I got there they did a full assessment of my foot size & width, my arch & instep, and the pressure I put on my feet while walking. They made recommendations of shoes and an orthopedic insert. They spent a considerable amount of time with me and explained how the shoe should fit and feel. I was out of there for under $200 and they have a great return policy if I find they are uncomfortable after wearing my purchase all day. I put in 20,000+ steps a day and need comfortable and supportive shoes I can count on. I have been wearing my new "Huka" shoes for two weeks now and I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.
