DO NOT GO HERE, not only do they mess up your car and expect you to pay for it but they try to trespass you from their property after asking for it to be fixed. I spoke to Jeff and Greg my three times in this vero beach location, half the time Jeff didn’t know what was going on with my car. First time they put some freon in my car and a dye to see where the leak was because my air conditioner went out , this was in 7/22 , my second time was 9/22, came back because my air went out yet again , they put “better freon in there and some more dye, and replaced the part they saw it was leaking from. You should have no issues though since this is where it was leaking from” said Jeff. Okay great, I have functioning ac in this Florida heat. Now we’re in 9/29/22. I try to use my horn and it sounds so low , I could barely even hear it! I call on Friday because they were closed on Thursday due to the hurricane of course. Greg says bring it in. On my way to vero from fort pierce (where I work) my ac goes out, yet again! I call and tell tires plus. “Okay, bring it in we’ll take a look”. Now, I have never had an issue with my horn, EVER for this car and you’re telling me it just went out, AFTER your techs had their hands in there ? So you now want me to pay for a new part (a part you were suppose to already see it was leaking from) and a horn you messed up. Not only was CHAD ARNOLD the “manager” rude but he was condescending and lacks no type of people skills, I was surprised he was the manager I felt like I was talking to someone on the street. has no traits to be a manager. I gladly paid what I needed to the THREE TIMES I WAS THERE FOR THE SAME ISSUE and they want to charge me more! They’re rude, dishonest and overcharge their customers. Disgusting place. Don’t go there if you want to actually get your car fixed. THEYRE SCAMMERS.

Worst customer service ever! Was sent away because their technician wasn’t in and technician only works same business hours as a normal business. Will never use this service ever again. Also allowed someone else to use my credit card and when I disputed it they said there was nothing they could do

Scammers! BEWARE! Charged for work they ended up having to admit they didn't do. I have had to call corporate 4 times now, never a call from a regional manager as promised. First I had to fight for a refund now I have to keep calling them to track down the missing check that was supposed to be sent, twice.

It ABSOLUTELY depends on your car. With a Google search "oil change promo /or coupon" I see that theres a $21.99 special advertised at a local shop. I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY HAD A FREE ROTATION sign out 4 days ago! So sweet deal! But remember whether you walk in using promo, coupon or advertised special ALL BUSINESSES intentions is to 1st get you IN THE DOOR! Then get the UPSELL! If you are pressed for money, then do you homework, and stand your ground on what you KNOW you really can afford or need. If your air filter (not included) hasnt been changed in 8 yrs, he may be right that it needs changed. But, a 12 year old could change it in 15 minutes on most cars,.so why pay another $30? Or if you have a high milage vehicle (Over 80,000 i believe) theyll try upselling you to special oil. Personally i wouldnt agree unless my vehicle was over 150,000. I am a single woman, who has learned how to pinch a penny and sometimes double it with a PROMO
