I am so very Jealous of everyone's opportunity to receive treatment especially from the CAST! But also am VERY happy for everyone to receive help for their needs! I would do about ANYTHING to have the blessings of receiving treatment to get better! What a dream to be a alumni of the CAST!! After seeing the CAST on Dr. Phil, I have researched and dreamed someone would care enough about me to help! My experience at CAST was phenomenal. I went in broken, sick, anxiety ridden and so disappointed in myself. The clinical staff, transitional living staff and the clients made me feel welcomed, encouraged and supported. The therapists were honestly more than I could have hoped for. They helped me dig deep, while empowering me the entire time. The therapy was intense, so the weekend outings were much appreciated. Healthy fun, laughter and experiencing new places I had never visited before was the perfect break, yet still part of the recovery process. The transitional living home was gorgeous, relaxing and just what I needed. The staff was amazing at dealing with all of us there with kindness and grace. I think of everyone on CAST staff as family...from beginning to end. When I made the phone call enquiring about the program, the man who answered (Robert) checked in with me daily until my plane left, texting and calling. He helped me every day to move forward and get on that plane. I can’t say enough about this program, it changed my entire life. I am happy, healthy, productive, hardly any anxiety and feel like this is the best time of my life when I only discharged a little over 2 months ago. I am beyond grateful. Shout out to Bob, my therapist while there...I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you all so much.

Yes, the program is co-ed, and clients must be 18 years or older.
At CAST Centers, we provide programs for mental health, addiction & personal development. A client may need help with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, or PTSD. We also treat individuals struggling with drug or alcohol abuse (substance use disorder). In addition, if one is seeking help navigating life’s challenges, we provide life coaching services. CAST offers customized care that can help you discover the freedom to be your best self.

At CAST Centers each treatment plan is individualized to meet the needs of the client. Each client begins their treatment at CAST Centers with an admission assessment with a therapist one on one to evaluate anxiety, depression, drug addiction, alcohol use, previous attempts at rehab that will then allow the therapist to make recommendations for the course of treatment.
Family members are encouraged to participate in supporting their loved one, with the clients written consent, by communicating with the CAST Centers clinical team for updates on progress and well as getting direction from the clinical team for personal self care. Many families have felt isolated by addiction or mental health problems so family members will also be invited to attend the CAST Centers family day that will include education, camaraderie with other family members as well as clinically led group experience.
Many individuals participating in treatment at CAST Centers benefit from living in a sober environment. Transitional or Sober Living is a great place for people to practice living a healthy lifestyle while they are in treatment and even after treatment while pursuing goals like returning to work, school or the transition back home. CAST Centers’ admissions department can connect you with facilities in the West Hollywood and surrounding areas.

Yes, a client can continue to work with his own therapist/psycho-analyst and/or psychiatrist. We would ask the client if they would like to sign releases of information so our clinical team can communicate with the other providers to provide the best possible care.
We treat clients that have a dual diagnosis of substance use and mental health.

CAST accepts most PPO insurance plans. We are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, and accept many Cigna, Aetna, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare insurance plans. With that said, Insurance benefits differ from policy to policy. To find out whether or not your policy will cover some, or all, of the cost of treatment, please give us a call and we can provide a complimentary verification of benefits.
LUNA is our evening IOP program (Intensive Outpatient Program). It meets Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays at 6PM.
In addition to our treatment program and services, a client has the option to stay our transitional living facility. The CAST Apartments provide a comfortable, unique setting that allows our clients a safe, sober and peaceful environment. Each apartment offers a full kitchen and living area, as well as a spacious bedroom (maximum of 2 clients per bedroom). We also provide transportation to and from the CAST Apartments to treatment related appointments activities to clients participating in our clinical services.
