I am utterly disappointed to see the extent of how poorly these employees operate. They seem to have no regard at all for their management and lack basic respect. There were instances this year where certain employees weren’t even wearing masks. Tell me, how can a store maintain its cleanliness through a pandemic without the proper use of masks? This location will only go down hill if nothing changes. If I could rate negative stars I would. You ALL should be ashamed of yourselves.

I absolutely love the super sweet staff here, but one lovely soul stuck out the most. Maygan, their Benefit girl! She is very knowledgable and patient! I came in for a full coverage concealer that would work with my under eye concerns and this girl delivered! I can’t thank her enough for all her help and the wonderful conversation we had while she worked with me. I’ll be seeking her out on my next visit!

There’s an old white man that works there that’s very racist. Me and my bf went to the store and the old man kept following us around as we shopped. I didn’t even get to purchase everything I needed because he made us very uncomfortable, we left almost immediately. There was other customers shopping but I guess since me and my boyfriend were the only people of color, we were the ones targeted.
