The best thing with THAT Ulta is to go ape$h!t on their social media, post your receipts, pics, any damaging information. They'll get back to you FAST! I'm sorry you shopped there. That store is so low-functioning.
On top of that it was an online order that didn't arrive at all on the day it was purchased but they still count 60 days from the day of purchase which is INSANE! Apparently I was 2 days past the deadline and the cashier and manager on duty literally refused to override while corporate said it should be no problem at all. I wanna go as far as filing a small claim in court to get my money back and if this happened to you too you should not just stand by and be ripped off.
