Took a few pictures here. When they say open space park, they mean open space. Very huge!. Seen people riding horses too.

Our adventure led us to the open space @ Lynch Canyon. Enjoyed the rolling green hills and the cows along the way. The open space is well maintained, there is a outhouse at the parking lot, with an entrance fee of $6 or $7.00 dollars. Lynch Canyon is open Friday through Monday. We had lunch under a shade tree with the view of Mount Tamalpais, the Golden Gate Bridge and the bay, with surrounding views of American Canyon, Napa in the far distance. Look forward to coming back and hiking it again soon. Great trails, loved the difficult trail. Not crowded, saw maybe a handful of people.

Beautiful area! You'll see cows and birds. It's very serene. Parking is $6. Make sure to bring exact change. No potable water at the park, so bring your own. The bathroom is always clean.

No, but if you'd like to ride a mountain bike that would be okay.
It's been closed on and off for construction I think it's open today but it might not be I know PG&E is doing a lot of construction on the power lines out there
"Dogs are not allowed within the Open Space boundaries, for the protection of wildlife and livestock." from https://solanolandtrust.org/solano-land-trust-property-rules
I'm hoping you're referring to birds of prey and not dinosaurs! All the birds of prey are wild and are not tethered. Nor are they kept in any type of enclosure. They are able to live and fly free.
No
