I’m a therapist. Had a couple of clients that required shoe lifts for leg height discrepancies. One went through Medicare and was not satisfied with work quality or shoe lift height and was not able to walk well. We brought the shoes to Alex to see if they’re fixable and sure thing! I love this place! Honestly, it’s the best show repair place around. They’ve fixed EVERYTHING to my leather boots, to even gym shoes I can’t quite give up yet! You name it, they’ll do it, and with a smile on their face. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my foot wear!

ASAP shoe repair saved my worn to the ground heels. The heel taps had come completely off. The leather and red part of my heel started degloving and ripping off. She salvaged my favorite heels! I brought them in Friday afternoon and she had them done next day - ready for a Saturday luncheon. Also very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier! Only wish I could've found her sooner. She showed me the different types of red seal that can be placed over the bottom of my Louboutins to preserve the color too. Will bring all my shoes there now!
