This store keeps shrinking the men's department. Went in looking for dress shirts for men and the selection was very limited. We ended up going somewhere else.

Having a Sephora in store now less than 10 minutes from my house was really exciting until I went to make an exchange for a different foundation. I originally bought two foundations $45-$49. Liked the first one so I didn’t even open the second. When I went to the store I wanted to purchase a replacement (of the one I liked) and return the one that was never opened. I specifically told the cashier with the short black blunt cut bob that I wanted to do an exchange. She refused to let me use my 10% off that I received on the exchange. If $5 is really that important to your sales, you probably should be nicer. I have been to this Sephora three times since opening and no one wants to help you look for anything or make recommendations. All things aside,I was a manager for Sephora for 5 years and VIB Rouge, I know that every day and every employee is not perfect. I still have high hopes that this store will improve and hire the right people
