Stopped by to drop off a modem to be returned to At&t. The place was busy. Every employee I saw was actively helping customers to the best of their abilities. They processed the line and helped me very quickly. Also very thorough, being sure to cover all the bases. Great store, great workers, great company.

Definitely a inconvenient store. Hours don't cater to you if you have a 9 to 5. So only good if you are retired or a bum with no job. Definitely crossed this store off my list. Wish I could give zero stars. You owe me a gallon of gas for my wasted trip. Hours say open till 7. When they close at 5. Thanks for inconvenicing me once again.

This store is very is great! Probably the best in the area. Came in around 130pm, a small line but it moved quickly. I had some USPS boxes with some UPS labels.. I was gonna put into one big box to ship, but they informed me that I could ship as is without trying to upsell or adding any costs for the shipping which was much appreciated. They DO charge for tape or for label printing, which is expected if you come in the store unprepared and not fair for them to get a low rating for that.. Workers were professional and helped me well! I'll be back for sure.

It's best to take the item in. They measure by weight & dimensions so it depends on what it is. Call place item wz purchased see their policy, most give return labels that should cost Nothing. Most tv items used for cable, movies, internet etc.. Cost Nothing! be sure to get and hold onto the receipt they give you, they'll be unable to reprint another one. Keep all unconnected cords, plugs they'll only give them back to you. I seriously doubt if they'll be able to answer that question on the phone.
